The brain fog, anxiety, and exhaustion were so overwhelming that I wondered if I’d ever feel like myself again. Doctors dismissed me, telling me it was “just aging.” But deep down, I knew that wasn’t the whole story.
Through prayer, persistence, and the right support, I discovered the truth about perimenopause, hormones, and the role of food in healing. With bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid support, and a radical shift in nutrition, I experienced a transformation I didn’t think was possible. The brain fog lifted. My energy returned. The pain eased. The weight began to melt away—80 pounds and counting. And most importantly, I got myself back.
But it wasn’t just about getting back to who I was before. It was about becoming someone new—stronger, wiser, more vibrant. I didn’t just recover. I reinvented myself.
